Bánh gạo chiên xào xúc xích cá ngừ và rau củ là món ăn đơn giản, lung linh nhiều màu sắc xanh, đỏ, vàng, trắng. Món ăn giàu dinh dưỡng từ tinh bột, chất sơ và vitamin, rất hợp cho bữa sáng.
Bông cải xanh cắt nhỏ, chần qua nước sôi khoảng 1 phút. Xúc xích cá ngừ mua về thái nhỏ lát chéo. Cà rốt gọt vỏ, thái miếng vuông nhỏ như xúc xích.
Đun nóng 10ml dầu ăn, cho bánh gạo dẻo cho vào chiên cho vàng giòn 2 mặt. Sau đó cho bánh gạo ra, thái miếng vuông nhỏ cạnh khoảng 1cm.
Đun nóng tiếp 10ml dầu ăn, cho bánh gạo chiên và cà rốt vào đảo đều tay 1 phút. Tiếp đến thêm xúc xích cá ngừ và bông cải xanh. Nêm 2g muối và 6ml nước tương, xào tiếp 3-5 phút thì tắt bếp.
